The "Wyndham" - "WIN-Duhh" - "Winnydaham" BB "Hired Gun" & Newest Challenge Youngest PIT Sales Associate

Ok....Lets just say this: We don't ever ...Ever...NEVER EVER hire people under the age of 20-23 because of their inexperience in life and their lack of work ethic's etc these days..... BUT we recently Hired this little BB Gun that impressed us on her application. She truly is an "electric" personality...JUST remind her to SMILE if she seems too Focused or Unfocused for that matter. She lacks nothing in the confidence department and has those sharp shooter eyes that are required to function in BB Gun status here at the PIT. She will need it, when just shooting the BB gun. We'll have to see if she can relate to every one of YOU that walk in the door and not just who she thinks she should at the time. I'm sure she will do just fine as long as her managers don't have to "fire" at her to too much (She is outgunned) BUT.....she is certainly bright enough, smart enough & more than capable to talk about surf & skate for a girl her age. BEWARE....."She thinks" that she is or will be a .45 Semi Auto Kimber. We'll have to see if her actions speak as loud as her wordzzzz.....Welcome to the PIT Crew Miss Wyndham. We all here at the PIT "Hope" you make it to "Red Ryder BB Gun" status by the end of the month & we'll see what "caliber" of a person you are at the end of summer...We Hope & pray for you NOT to get fired at by the AA-12, Old Henry or whatever the owners gun is that day. Probably "Gatlin Gun" mode soooo "find some cover" in teaming up with your Managers & other sales associates!!

On a side note: PLEASE let us know if you ever experience stink eye in our shop because that is NOT what the PIT is about.

Wyndham: You may want to use this tactic to keep the guys at bay...I plan on teaching my baby girl Ella to handle guys this way when situation permits...enoy the video, at least your NOT an airsoft bb gun!

Elly Larkin AKA: The .22 Caliber Target Pistal Revolver

This Red Headed Brooklyn skater Girl PIT .22 Caliber "Hired Gun" is a Sharp...Sharp Shooter for sure! Elly has been with us almost 2 years now and survived a summer at the PIT when I was not really sure what we had hired until after the summer was over. She is one of the most responsible, hard working & intelligent individuals that I've come across in conversation for some time. She juggles 3 jobs as well as Flagler College and her responsibilities to her family. This Hired Gun likes to reach out and touch you as well on a lot of different levels but the one she is most naturally talented at is the ability to Market the PIT through Social Media and throughout her strong Network of friends. You know this type of person well.....She is the Girl that everybody loves because of the "HEART" she willingly displays when around any person! No matter what that person is like or how long she has known then, Elly is truly friend to all & enemy of few, if not none. To understand her better, watch the video below on her type of gun & you will see why the PIT is lucky to have this young lady and her talents. She truly is turning into that .32 Caliber pretty fast SO watch out, Elly is seasoned in life at a very young age with what she has experienced.

The "Old Henry Rifle" Hired Gun Floor Manager of The PIT Surf Shop...Mr. Bodie Walker

Mr. Bodie Walker (AKA: Bike rider) is truly the classic old Henry rifle that is the best hired gun for long shots and accuracy. Bodie has lived a life of surf & skate that really can't be matched by many in this industry and HE KNOWS HIS STUFF!! I dream of having a memory like Bodies and enjoy surfing & hanging with this great friend and "Floor Manager" of the PIT. I get more compliments on Bodie than any other employee that I've hired over the years. BEWARE: If he feels you are insulting his knowledge or questioning his experience of the sports we love then he is sure to put down the Old Henry and break out the colt six shooter on you in the nicest way you have ever been taught....He Will take you to school at times & you not even know it until you have left and can't say enough GREAT things about that Gnarly looking guy at the PIT that HELPED you with every little want, need or deserve you had. HE truly is a unique, engraved and experienced old Henry Rifle that delivers when ask. The old Henry Carry's many rounds and can reach out and touch you from a far.I've know Bodie for about 8-9 years as a customer and friend before recently Hiring him 1 1/2 years ago. The shop has only gone in the right direction since & it has something to do with Mr. Walker FOR SURE! Watch the video below and Metaphorically YOU will know more about this great individual.

THE PIT Hired Gun "PIT MANAGER" The AA-12 SHOTGUN of the PIT surf shop

This would be no other than Mr. Rhys Slaughter (The PIT's MANAGER) & Hired Gun: The "AA-12 Shot Gun". Only the Video can describe what this individual is capable of but I will try here & now: He knows how to "Slaughter", Execute and efficiently run a business with out stress or wearing out. His ability in the Online Internet World-Wide-Web and warfare that is currently going on in the surfing industry with some suppliers trying to sell out the Core shops is impressive. Those companies online should be very careful what A PIT surf shop is "packing" as well as any other Core surf shop out there that is NOT masquerading as a clothing shop with no Surfboards or skate for that matter. He is a VERY professional and calculated individual that is seasoned from many different sources before he rolled up on the PIT scene on 1-11-11. Yes, that's right: January 1st 2011, Mr. Slaughter came in the shop and interviewed with Clint. beware, He sometimes likes to shoot a 9mm.....& Clint really finds all of this interesting and kind of laughable at how GOD always takes care of The PIT and his situation by always putting the right people in place at the right time. It is and always will be HIS "Perfect Intense Timing" when one knows HIM and lives a live in HIM....

Lets talk about the 5 "Hired Guns" at the PIT over the next 5 days....

Over the next 5 days: A PIT Employee "Hired Guns" will be featured so that everyone knows who they are dealing with when they come into the PIT and what that person is like. More than likely, we will also dumb it down for those who don't understand the Gun analogies/Metaphors and we will also describe these individuals as a collection of "Surfboard's" in the following weeks....Please keep in mind that we're just blogging away and just trying to expand your mind to understand the PIT(Don't take things too serious. WITH THAT SAID: We are very lucky at the PIT to have such a high "Caliber" of people working and they love helping YOU with whatever it may be. Get to know these people and you won't be disappointed. Treat them with love & respect.....THEY CERTAINLY deserve it!! (In most cases). ummmm, should we start with the bb gun, .22 revolver, Old Henry Rifle or the A-12 Shotgun? To be fare......to these guys, I will start with the owner and then make sure they are cool with being featured this week. I Guess the Owner of the PIT is like a "Collection of guns" as one of the sales associates once said BUT I would have to say that "lately" he has been in "Taser Gun" Mode. From getting broken into & tracking down the people involved, as well as "shocking" all types of people from Reps, Family, friends, customers & colleagues at how well a business can operate even after it loses it's Manager of 4 years to a Supplier. However, Mr. Richardson needs to quit drinking those Monster Energy drinks and just pick up a "piece" of bamboo and just start planting it. A well planted seedling, always grows......sorry if you can't understand these messages, just study a little harder
